The MC06 is a Sub-series of the large RMT MC series of TE micro-modules. It consists of miniature TECs from Single- to Multistage types (two-, three- and four- stage thermoelectric coolers).
The MC06 Series has been designed for cooling and thermostabilization of Laser and Optoelectronic Devices, Infra-Red instruments and Microelectronic components. More than 200 different TEC types are available.
MC06 Series TECs are based on 0.6x0.6mm2 pellet cross-section. Single- and Multistage types are available. Each has five different height/performance options, various ceramics surface and wires options.
