MD03 thermoelectric coolers are specially developed for  cooled TOSA applications. The main advantage is in miniature size, low heigh and operating current optimized for TOSA with lower power consumption requirements.

MD03 Series consists of 11 different thermoelectric cooler types, targeted for TO-can and box-like MSA TOSA packaging standards. Each thermoelectric cooler type has two height and performance versions for additional flexibility with power consumption and TOSA integrating.
