Thermoelectric Modules of ML06 TEC Series have been designed specially for Telecom applications. It is optimized for WDM and Laser diode packages such as "Butterfly", DIL and miniDIL.
ML06 TEC Series contains typical 23, 29 and 35 couples (BiTe pellet pairs )TECs, that are very standard for telecom industry and widely used in lots of existing telecom applications.
ML06 Series TECs are based on 0.6x0.6mm2 pellet cross-section. Single- stage types only available. Each has three typical height/performance options, various ceramics thickness, surface and wires options.
