TECCad provides detailed analysis of RMT TE coolers performance:

  1. Both in vacuum and air conditions

  2. In broad range of operating temperatures

  3. At current from 0 to Imax

  4. At specified heat sink thermal resistance

  5. At a range of operational heat loads

  6. Performance of TE cooler mounted on standard header or package

The TECCad software has been developed as an assistant in solving thermoelectric coolers assembly design issues. It provides detailed information on RMT thermoelectric coolers characteristics.

TECCad contains all RMT nomenclature of standard thermoelectric coolers. There are useful tools available in TECCad for modeling and analyzing TEC performance at difference ambient and working conditions.

Analyzing tools are available as for TECs separately, also for TE Sub-Mounts (TEC mounted onto standard or customized headers).
