TEC Microsystems GmbH is a supplier of thermoelectric (TE) modules and mounted TECs (thermoelectric coolers) in standard electronic packages – sub-mounts as we call it. A production line is in set-up process in Berlin-Adlershof, Germany’s largest science and technology park.
