Thermoelectric coolers of ML07 Series are specially developed for applications with industry-standard DWDM packages like 14pin "Butterfly" or DIL. ML07 TECs are all the direct analogs of ML06 TEC Series by geometry but have an extra 35-40% cooling capacity reserve for applications with heavy heatload. In addition to the standard types on Al2O3 ceramics, 1ML07 thermoelectric coolers are available on AlN with better temperature uniformity among TEC surfaces (important for direct mounting to TEC cold side without intermediate ceramics bench). ML07 TECs are assembled using RoHS-compliant Sn-Sb solder with a melting temperature Tmelt=230ºC. All thermoelectric coolers of ML07 Series meet Telcordia GR-486 Standard requirements. A wide range of TEC manufacturing options is available. The standard and most common ML07 Series TECs on Al2O3 (0.5mm) ceramics are listed in the table below. Detailed TEC drawings, 3D models, performance plots and estimations for particular application conditions are provided by request.
